Hi,

The game on my PC doesn't work properly. The following buttons don't work at all:

Mail
Contracts
Profile
Tutorial
Notebook
Leave the town

However on my laptop they work just fine. Could we fix this problem, please.

It's probably becuse you need an update on your computer, the game supports the most recent updates.

No, if you do not have troubles with you Internet connection usually, theres no need for it usually

To your problem, can you see the button and they just don't react, or don't they appear at all? You can also try it in another browser.

The buttons in question do appear perfectly, they just don't react.

FYI I registered in two other countries' sites to see what happens and no problem with those buttons at all.

A friend of mine logged into my account on his computer and he couldn't use those buttons either even though he tried three different browsers .

So it is the British server where this problem occurs.

please try the following steps:

* Use the key combination (Ctrl) +F5, to complete reload the page.

If it still doesn't seem to work, please empty your browser's cache.

1. Leave the game.

2. Empty your cache.

3. Reload the page via F5 or close the page and reopen it.

4. Log back into the game.

If you don't know how to clear your cache, here is a quick description for all regular browsers.

Clearing your Cache:

Firefox: Tools -> Clear Private Data / Clear Recent History -> Cache -> OK / Clear Cache

don't worry, we haven'T run out of suggestions yet. Please try the following:

You may have blocked Molehill Empire, and/or the graphics-server of Molehill Empire in your browser settings, so please check your settings:

1. Choose the menu "Extras" and click on "settings"

2. Now please click on "content", and select the button "exceptions" next to the point "images".

3. You should find neither .molehillempire.com, nor http://d3o68bgrbhx8hn.cloudfront.net (our graphics server). If so, please delete them from the list.

Save your changes by clicking on "OK", then please restart your browser and try again.

No, it didn't.

I always logged in via molepedia: http://www.molepedia.coolix.com/. Here I logged in and you know the rest. Today I clicked on the British flag at the top which directed me to http://www.molehillempire.com/login.php and on this page everything works perfectly. How all this makes sense, I don't know, but you will.

So problem's gone.

I honestly wouldn't be able to tell you why it didn't work via the Molepedia. It worked fine when I tried it just now. Best is if you stick to the regular link then, as you seem to be having no problems there. Glad to hear the problem is solved now!
